10 on 10 puts a drone farming training center on ten farms across Pennsylvania, ten acres each. More trained pilots in more places means the technology gets adopted faster and gets into farming faster. It starts as a grant program and grows into a business.

Why spread it out
The more people who know about drone farming, the more people adopt it, and the faster the innovation moves. One training center in one county cannot do that. Ten centers, each on a working farm, each teaching its own region, can.
Each center builds pilot capacity where the farms actually are, so a grower in the middle of the state or down toward Maryland has a trained crew nearby instead of a long drive away.
Grant first, business second
10 on 10 starts as a grant program. From there each center creates its own revenue: training cohorts, custom application for neighboring farms, and the other services on this site. The goal is training centers that are viable businesses in their own right, not a program that ends when the grant does.
Where it stands
We are starting with one center. Which farm has not been chosen yet. We are talking with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development about the best path forward, and we are looking for the first host farm now.
